At Katherine Beasley, Baking Deity, we bake with love and local flavor—and we keep it close to home. As a Texas Cottage Food Operation, we are not legally permitted to ship our baked goods.

🚫 No Shipping – Local Pickup and Delivery Only

All orders are:

Handmade in Austin, Texas
Available only for local pickup or delivery
Not eligible for shipping (via mail or delivery services)

This is in compliance with the Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows the sale of homemade foods directly to consumers but prohibits shipping or third-party delivery.

📍 Pickup and Delivery Information

After you place your order, we’ll contact you by email or text to:

Confirm your the day and time for your pickup or delivery
Confirm the pickup location (typically in South, Central, or North Austin)
Answer any special requests or accessibility needs

⏰ Missed Pickups

If you miss your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee remakes or refunds for missed pickups, we’ll do our best to work with you on rescheduling—depending on product freshness and availability.
