At Katherine Beasley, Baking Deity, every brownie is baked by hand in small batches with love, care, and high-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we cannot offer refunds or returns in most cases.

Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery:

We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

⏰ Missed Pickups
We cannot offer refunds for orders that are not picked up during the agreed pickup window. However, we will do our best to reschedule or coordinate alternate arrangements, depending on product availability and freshness.
